Booking Policy
Due to the season we do require appointments to be confirmed as soon as possible. :)
Our text messages are sent 3-4 days before scheduled appointments. We do require these to be confirmed via text or call MINIMUM 24 hours before the appointment. If this is not done we will automatically cancel the appointment and offer this spot to the next in line.
We appreciate your understanding as we are a small business with not enough hands and time is precious.
If you cannot make your appointment this is okay we ask that you provide as much notice as possible so other clients do not miss out :)
